Bliss balls (or protein balls) are one of our absolute favorite snacks to have during the day. They’re delicious, healthy (if made well) and super easy to snack on while on the go, at the office or pre-workout! What’s not to love about these little treats?
Made with a fat burning and energy boosting powder, these bliss balls make the perfect pre-workout snack to take to the gym. Made with our famous Rum & Cola Valkyrie, this recipe is tasty and beneficial.

What you’ll need:
2 cups Almonds
1-2 scoops of Rum & Cola Valkyrie
1 tbsp Cacao Powder
How to make it:
Blend the almonds until you’re left with a powdery consistency.
Add the banana’s, Valkyrie and cacao and blend it all together.
Start scooping out the mixture bit by bit, and begin rolling your bliss balls to a preferred size.
Roll each ball in some cacao to make them look pretty.
Place them in the fridge to set, take them out the next morning and consume before your workout!
